Bay leaf and toasted spice run across the palate, which is full-bodied and concentrated, with fine, flowing tannins.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is a bottle for a big occasion. Serve at around 17 degrees after decanting, alongside roast beef with Yorkshire pudding or a lamb shoulder cooked low and slow.
