What is DiVino?
DiVino is a European wine club.  Get French, Italian and Spanish wine tailored to your taste, delivered to your door. 
You can get a one-off purchase of European wine, or join The Club to receive a new selection of European wines every 1, 2 or 3 months. 

How do I sign up for The DiVino Club?
Go to The Club and sign up for 4, 6 or 12 wines to be delivered every 1, 2 or 3 months.

How many wines do I get delivered with The DiVino Club?
You can choose 4, 6 or 12 bottles of wine.

Do I get a box every month?
You have the option to receive your European wines every month, every 2 months or every 3 months. You can also pause or cancel your club membership at any time.

Can I just order a few bottles?
Of course!  You need to order a minimum of 4 bottles (mixed or the same) and we will deliver to anywhere in Australia.

What if I don’t like a bottle?
I’d you don’t like a bottle we will replace it for free with our 100% Love Guarantee.

What if I need to return my wine?
You can post your wine back to us and we will arrange a replacement or refund. You will need to cover the cost of the return postage.

What if I cancel my club membership in the first 4 weeks?
If you cancel The Club within the first 4 weeks you will be charged for your first box only, and your ongoing membership will be cancelled. You can restart your membership at any time simply by contacting us at hello@divino.com.au

Can I pause my club membership?
You can pause The Club at any anytime.  Simply go into your account to pause it, or email us at hello@divino.com.au.

How do I restart my club membership?

Simply go into your account to unpause your membership, or email us at hello@divino.com.au.

How do I cancel The Club?
You can cancel The Club at any time. You simply need to pay for any bottles consumed and not yet paid for.  Simply email us at hello@divino.com.au.
