How many bottles do I have to order?
Orders start at four bottles, and they can be four completely different wines - mix reds, whites, regions and producers however you like. From there, most people order 6, 12 or 24.
We're a small direct importer rather than a warehouse chain, and our cases and freight are built around four bottles. It's what keeps the wine safe in transit and the postage sensible.
Packs, magnums, and tastings and dinners are exempt - you can order those on their own.

How long will my delivery take to arrive?
For Greater Sydney orders are typically delivered within 5-7 days, and around 10-14 days for deliveries throughout Australia.

What if I don’t like a bottle?
If you don’t like a bottle we will replace it for free with our 100% Love Guarantee. Simply email us at hello@divino.com.au so we can help.

You can post your wine back to us and we will arrange a replacement or refund. You will need to cover the cost of the return postage.
