Replacement, Pause, Cancel & Damages Policy

We have a replacement, pause and cancellation policy, which means you have flexible options after receiving your items.

 

Replacement

If you receive a bottle of wine that you dislike, you are eligible to receive a replacement of a different wine to the retail value of the wine as displayed on www.divino.com.au.  To apply for replacment, contact us at hello@divino.com.au.  Please note that is may take up to 15 days after receiving your request for the replacement request to be actioned.  If your replacement request is accepted, then you will be communicated delivery times to receive your replacement bottle.

 

Pause

You can pause your DiVino subscription at any time.  Simply email us at hello@divino.com.au and we will process your request to pause your subscription.

 

Cancel

You can cancel your DiVino subscription at any time.  Simply email us at hello@divino.com.au and we will process your request to cancel your subscription.

 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.  If your DiVino wine fridge malfunctions please reach out to us to resolve it at hello@divino.com.au.
