Panna Cotta al Moscato (Moscato Panna Cotta)
Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped
- ½ cup Moscato d'Asti
- 2 tsp powdered gelatine
- 2 tbsp cold water
- Fresh berries, for garnish
- Honey, for drizzling
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla bean over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Do not boil.
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatine over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- Remove the vanilla bean from the cream mixture, then stir in the gelatine until fully dissolved.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly before stirring in the Moscato d'Asti.
- Pour the panna cotta mixture into ramekins or moulds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Serve with fresh berries and a drizzle of honey.
Tip: For an extra indulgent touch, serve with a Moscato-infused berry compote.
