Asparagus Tart
Ingredients:
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a tart pan with puff pastry and trim the edges.
- Arrange asparagus on the pastry base. Sprinkle with Gruyère cheese.
- Whisk eggs and cream together, season with salt and pepper, and pour over the asparagus and cheese.
