Roquefort and Walnut Tart
Ingredients:
- 1 sheet shortcrust pastry
- 200g Roquefort cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a tart pan with pastry and blind bake for 10 minutes.
