Ingredients:
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 200g fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 150g goat cheese, crumbled
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 180℃.
  2. Prepare Pastry: Line a quiche dish with puff pastry, trimming the edges. Prick the base with a fork.
  3. Blanch Asparagus: Boil asparagus in salted water for 2 minutes, then transfer to ice water to stop cooking. Drain and set aside.
