Precise and essential offering notes of the white flowers of magnolia and hawthorn. Citrusy scents of mandarin and lime dominate the secondary scene with hints of acacia and linden. Medium bodied, rounded tannins of optimum workmanship and a flowing finale of medium length.

Ingredients:

  • 8 lamb chops

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat lamb chops with the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook lamb chops for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
