Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 12 large button mushrooms
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Remove stems from mushrooms and chop finely.
- In a bowl, mix chopped stems, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff mushroom caps with the mixture and place on a baking tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Serve warm as an appetiser or side dish.
