Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Arrange fig halves on a baking tray.
  2. Drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
  3. Roast for 10-15 minutes until softened and caramelised.
  4. Garnish with thyme leaves and serve warm.
