Recipe

Mushroom Lasagna

Ingredients:

  • 250g lasagna sheets
  • 200g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups tomato passata
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a pan, sauté mushrooms, onion, and garlic in olive oil until softened.
  2. Stir in tomato passata, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. In a baking dish, layer lasagna sheets, mushroom sauce, and ricotta. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  4. Top with Parmesan and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
