Recipe

Lobster Thermidor

Ingredients:

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup grated Gruyère cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Steam lobster tails for 8-10 minutes, then cut in half and remove meat. Reserve shells.
  2. In a pan, melt butter and sauté lobster meat. Add white wine, cream, mustard, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Stuff lobster shells with the mixture, top with Gruyère cheese, and broil until golden.
  4. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
