Ingredients:
- 12 large scallops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
- Pat scallops dry and season with salt and pepper.
