Weingut Peter Jakob Kühn Riesling Trocken Jacobus is the estate's entry-point dry Riesling, blended from several of the family's biodynamically farmed sites around Oestrich-Winkel in the Rheingau.

The Kühn family has grown vines here for generations and is one of Germany's best-known advocates of biodynamic viticulture, certified by Demeter and a longstanding VDP member. Jacobus draws on younger vines and declassified parcels from across the estate's holdings, giving a broad snapshot of the Rheingau's chalky, loess and quartzite soils in one wine, made using the same hand harvesting, spontaneous fermentation and gentle cellar handling applied to the top single-vineyard bottlings.

An easy-drinking, everyday dry white with genuine estate character, it is well suited to salads, light seafood and casual midweek meals.
