Ingredients:
- 300g fresh white fish, cubed
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small red chilli, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Avocado slices, for serving
Instructions:
- Place fish cubes in a bowl and cover with lime juice. Let marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes, or until the fish turns opaque.
- Mix in red onion, chilli, and coriander. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve chilled with avocado slices and tortilla chips.
Tip: Add a splash of orange juice for a hint of sweetness.
