Alamos Torrontés is a bright and aromatic white wine from Salta, Argentina. Made from 100% Torrontés, it showcases enticing aromas of white flowers, jasmine, and citrus, with subtle notes of peach and tropical fruits. The palate is light-bodied with crisp acidity, a silky texture, and a refreshing, fruit-driven finish.

Recipe

Ceviche

Ingredients:

  • 300g fresh white fish, cubed
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red chilli, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Avocado slices, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Place fish cubes in a bowl and cover with lime juice. Let marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes, or until the fish turns opaque.
  2. Mix in red onion, chilli, and coriander. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve chilled with avocado slices and tortilla chips.

Tip: Add a splash of orange juice for a hint of sweetness.
