Antinori Tenuta Guado Al Tasso IL Bruciato Bolgheri DOC is an intensely ruby red wine from the Bolgheri region of Tuscany. The nose shows dominant aromas of small ripe red fruits, complemented by sweet spices and subtle hints of mint and tobacco. On the palate, it is remarkably mouth-filling with excellent structure, a pleasant fruity aftertaste, and a lingering finish, making it both elegant and approachable.

Bistecca alla Fiorentina (Florentine T-Bone Steak)
Ingredients:
- 1 large T-bone steak (about 1.2kg)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, halved
Instructions:
