Spezzatino di Maiale alle Erbe (Herbed Pork Stew)
Ingredients:
- 800g pork shoulder, cubed
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp rosemary and thyme
- 200mL dry red wine
- Olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Brown pork in olive oil in a large pot, then remove and set aside.
- Sauté onions and garlic until golden, return pork to the pot.
- Add herbs and red wine, season, and simmer covered for 1.5 hours until tender.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rustic bread and a glass of Bisci Marche Rosso IGT.
