Blind Corner Blanc 2025

Blind Corner Blanc is a Sauvignon Blanc-based white from the Goulds' Quindalup vineyard in Margaret River.

Quindalup sits on the coastal side of Margaret River, on sand over pea gravel with granite beneath, and the Goulds have farmed it organically and biodynamically for years. This is their take on the Sauvignon-Semillon blend the region built its reputation on, made simply: hand-picked fruit, wild fermentation, a mix of stainless steel and seasoned oak, no fining. Ben and Naomi do the lot themselves, from pruning through to bottling, and publish every addition that goes into the wine. It has been one of the better-value whites out of Western Australia for years now.

Dry, brisk and citrus-driven, with a light herbal edge and a textural finish that holds on longer than you expect. Serve at 8 to 10 degrees. Works with oysters, grilled fish, a green salad, or a plate of prawns on a hot afternoon.
