It pours a straw-yellow colour with golden highlights and offers an intense fruity bouquet of ripe pear, melon, and white peach, along with delicate floral undertones. On the palate, it is fresh and well-balanced, with lively acidity and a smooth, elegant finish. A classic Soave that delivers both character and drinkability.

Ingredients:
- 300g arborio rice
- 1L vegetable broth
