Cantina Sava “Poggio Pasano” Primitivo is a rich and expressive red from Puglia, crafted in the sun-drenched lands around Manduria - one of the most renowned areas for Primitivo. Here, vineyards thrive on red clay soils, a hallmark of the region, which contribute to the wine’s depth, warmth and generous character.

Made from 100% Primitivo, a grape known for its early ripening and naturally high sugar concentration, this is a full-bodied southern Italian red shaped by heat, sunlight and Mediterranean influence. Primitivo from this area is celebrated for its intensity and richness, delivering a bold, structured style with smooth tannins and a sense of indulgence.
