Gratin de Ravioles de la Mère Maury (Ravioli Gratin from Mère Maury)

Ingredients:

  • 400g ravioles du Dauphiné
  • 200ml crème fraîche
  • 100ml milk
  • 100g grated Emmental or Gruyère
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for greasing

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Butter a gratin dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix crème fraîche, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer the ravioles in the dish and pour over the cream mixture.
  4. Top with grated cheese and bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
