Gratin de Courgettes au Fromage (Zucchini Cheese Gratin)
Ingredients:
- 3 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 150ml cream
- 100g grated Emmental or Gruyère cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, and fresh thyme
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 190°C. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add zucchini slices and cook until lightly tender. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Transfer to a baking dish, pour over cream, and top with grated cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Serve warm with a glass of Cave De Tain Syrah Première Note.
