Description

Cembra Pinot Nero DOC is an elegant and delicate Pinot Noir from Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy. It features vibrant aromas of wild strawberries, cherries, and dried roses, complemented by subtle hints of spice and earth. The light to medium-bodied palate offers refined tannins, fresh acidity, and a silky, smooth finish.

Ingredients:

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh rocket leaves, for garnish
  • Parmesan shavings, for topping

Instructions:

  1. Arrange beetroot slices on a serving plate.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Top with rocket leaves and Parmesan shavings. Serve chilled.
