Description

Champagne Dosnon Récolte Noire Blanc de Noirs NV is a pale-gold Blanc de Noirs crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grown on Kimmeridgian limestone soils in the Côte des Bar, fermented in used Burgundy oak barrels for added complexity. It opens with intense aromas of brioche and vinous depth, leading to a creamy, richly textured palate nuanced by fresh apple and pear notes, delicate fine bubbles, and a precise, mineral-driven finish with subtle bitterness - its low dosage (under 6g/L) highlights terroir purity, making it an ideal aperitif or match for braised lamb, shellfish, or white meats.
