Château d'Aqueria Tavel Rosé is a vibrant and full-bodied rosé from the Rhône Valley, France. Crafted from Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah, it features enticing aromas of wild strawberries, cherry, and a hint of rose petal, with a rich palate offering red fruit flavours and a refreshing, dry finish.

Caprese Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 200g fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Arrange tomato and mozzarella slices alternately on a serving platter.
  2. Place basil leaves between slices. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.

Tip: Add a sprinkle of sea salt flakes for extra flavour.
