Filetti di Branzino al Forno con Limone e Erbe (Baked Sea Bass Fillets with Lemon & Herbs)
Ingredients:
- 4 sea bass fillets, skin-on
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Place the sea bass fillets on a lined baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and rub with garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange lemon slices over the fillets.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
