Poulet au Citron et Herbes de Provence (Lemon Herb Chicken)

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 lemons, juiced and zested
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Herbes de Provence
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, zest, garlic, olive oil, Herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the lemon mixture over them, ensuring they are well-coated.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown.
