Coquilles Saint-Jacques à la Sauce Beurre Citron (Scallops in Lemon Butter Sauce)
Ingredients:
- 500g scallops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Season scallops with salt and pepper.
- Cook scallops for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add lemon juice and stir.
- Return scallops to the pan and coat with the sauce.
