Chateau Musar Jeune Red is a vibrant and approachable red wine from the Bekaa Valley, Lebanon. Made from Cinsault, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, it reveals aromas of red berries, cherries, and sweet spices, with subtle earthy undertones. The palate is medium-bodied with soft tannins, fresh acidity, and a fruit-forward finish.

Recipe

Grilled Lamb Kebabs

Ingredients:

  • 500g lamb, cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss lamb cubes in the marinade and let sit for 1 hour.
  2. Thread lamb onto skewers. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill skewers for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked to your liking.
  4. Serve warm with a side of yoghurt sauce or flatbread.

Tip: Add vegetables like bell peppers or onions to the skewers for extra flavour.
