Grilled Lamb Kebabs
Ingredients:
- 500g lamb, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss lamb cubes in the marinade and let sit for 1 hour.
- Thread lamb onto skewers. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill skewers for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked to your liking.
- Serve warm with a side of yoghurt sauce or flatbread.
