Recipe

Grilled Prawns with Lemon Butter

Ingredients:

  • 500g large prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush prawns with the lemon butter mixture and grill for 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Garnish with parsley and serve with a glass of Château Peybonhomme-Les-Tours Le Blanc.
