Recipe

Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients:

  • 4 bell peppers, tops removed and seeds cleaned
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until softened.
  2. Mix rice, lentils, tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper into the onion mixture.
  3. Stuff the bell peppers with the filling and place in a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until peppers are tender.
