Ingredients:
- 4 bell peppers, tops removed and seeds cleaned
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until softened.
- Mix rice, lentils, tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper into the onion mixture.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the filling and place in a baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until peppers are tender.
