Gratin de Crozets (Crozets Pasta Gratin)
Ingredients:
- 250g Crozets pasta (buckwheat or plain)
- 200ml thick cream
- 150g Reblochon cheese, sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Cook Crozets pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the chopped onion in butter until soft and golden.
- Combine cooked Crozets, sautéed onion, cream, salt, and pepper in a baking dish.
- Top with slices of Reblochon and bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Serve warm with a glass of Domaine André Perret Marsanne for a comforting regional pairing.
