Gratin de Pommes de Terre au Thym (Thyme Potato Gratin)
Ingredients:
- 1kg potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 300ml cream
- 100ml milk
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste
- Butter for greasing
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Butter a baking dish and layer potatoes evenly.
- Combine cream, milk, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour over potatoes.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 15 minutes until golden and bubbling.
