Domaine Yves Cuilleron Condrieu 'Les Chaillets' Viognier 2023 is a powerful and refined white wine from one of the finest terroirs in Condrieu, northern Rhône Valley. Made from old-vine Viognier planted on steep granitic terraces, it delivers intense aromas of ripe apricot, mango, jasmine, and spice. The palate is full-bodied and silky, with exceptional depth, minerality, and a lingering floral finish, showing the grandeur and precision of this exceptional site.

Recipe

Curry de Légumes au Lait de Coco (Vegetable Coconut Curry)

Ingredients:

  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red capsicum, chopped
  • 1 sweet potato, cubed
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp yellow curry paste
  • 400mL coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and fresh coriander

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pot and sauté onion until soft. Add curry paste and cook until fragrant.
  2. Add all vegetables and stir to coat. Pour in coconut milk and simmer for 20 minutes until tender.
  3. Season with salt and garnish with coriander.
