Gratin de Courgettes (Zucchini Gratin)
Ingredients:
- 3 zucchinis, sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 150mL cream
- 100g grated Gruyère cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
Instructions:
