Gratin de Pommes de Terre (Potato Gratin)
Ingredients:
- 1kg potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves
- 300mL thickened cream
- 100g grated Gruyère cheese
- Butter for greasing
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Rub a baking dish with garlic and grease with butter.
- Layer sliced potatoes, seasoning with salt, pepper, and nutmeg between layers.
