Agneau aux Herbes de Provence (Herb-Crusted Lamb)
Ingredients:
- 1 rack of lamb (8 chops)
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
