Poulet aux Olives et Herbes (Chicken with Olives and Herbs)
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 150g green olives
- 200mL white wine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh thyme and rosemary
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Brown chicken thighs in olive oil and set aside. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Return chicken to the pan, add olives, herbs, white wine, salt, and pepper.
