Galette de Poireaux (Leek Galette)
Ingredients:
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 2 leeks, sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 100mL thickened cream
- 50g grated Gruyère cheese
- 1 egg
- Salt, pepper, and nutmeg
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 190°C. In a pan, melt butter and sauté leeks until soft.
- Mix leeks with cream, cheese, egg, and seasonings.
- Place filling in centre of pastry, fold edges to form a galette.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crisp.
