Duck Breast with Orange Sauce
Ingredients:
- 2 duck breasts
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Score the skin of the duck breasts and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook duck skin-side down until crispy. Flip and cook the other side for 3–4 minutes. Remove and let rest.
- In the same skillet, combine orange juice, honey, and soy sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch with a tablespoon of water and stir into the sauce to thicken.
- Slice the duck breast and serve with the orange sauce.
Tip: Garnish with orange zest for added aroma.
