Description

Fervor Julietta Chardonnay is a premium Great Southern Chardonnay from the upper tier of the Fervor range.

Around Denmark and Albany, close to the coast, Chardonnay keeps enough acidity to carry barrel fermentation and time on lees. Alongside Edward Syrah, this is one of the more serious wines in the lineup, made for the table and able to hold for several years.

Layered and fuller, with depth, texture and a long, fresh finish. Try it at 10–12°C with lobster, tarragon roast chicken or veal in a creamy sauce.
