On the palate, Fontodi Dino is complex and expressive, with pronounced flavours of balsamic herbs, sweet tobacco and hints of cherry. Aged in amphorae, this 100% Sangiovese reveals purity and elegance with a long, persistent finish.

Pappa al Pomodoro (Tuscan Tomato Bread Soup)
Ingredients:
- 400g stale bread, torn
- 500g ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 750ml vegetable broth
- Fresh basil, torn
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a pot, sauté garlic in olive oil. Add tomatoes and cook until softened.
- Add torn bread and broth. Stir well and simmer until thick and creamy.
- Season to taste and finish with basil and extra virgin olive oil.
- Serve warm with a glass of Fontodi Dino for a rustic Tuscan pairing.
