Description

Forest Hill Vineyard Highbury Fields Chardonnay is an elegant, lightly oaked Chardonnay from Western Australia's Great Southern.

Highbury Fields is Forest Hill's approachable range, offering the cool-climate character of the Great Southern in wines built for enjoyment on release. Forest Hill's own history in the region reaches back to the 1960s, when its Mount Barker vineyard was among the first planted there. The 2024 is bright straw, with citrus peel, nectarine skin, nougat and floral aromas. Subtle oak supports a palate of stone fruit and citrus, keeping the wine fresh and easy to enjoy.

Enjoy it lightly chilled with barbecued prawns, chicken schnitzel or a summer salad of peach and burrata.
