François Chidaine Touraine Rosé 2022

A fragrant, full-flavoured and textured dry rosé made predominantly from Grolleau (70%), with the remainder Pinot Noir and Gamay. The vines are rooted in the flint, clay and limestone of the Cher Valley between Tours and Orléans. The fruit was fermented wild and raised in steel tank.
