Orata al Forno con Limone e Erbe (Baked Sea Bream with Lemon & Herbs)
Ingredients:
- 2 whole sea bream, cleaned and scaled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced thinly
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Season the sea bream inside and out with salt and pepper. Rub with olive oil, garlic, parsley, and thyme.
- Place lemon slices inside the cavity and on top of the fish.
- Lay the fish on a lined baking tray and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with a little extra olive oil before serving.
