Cacciucco alla Toscana (Tuscan Seafood Stew)

- 300g mixed seafood (mussels, clams, squid, shrimp)
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red chili, chopped (optional)
- 1 can (400g) chopped tomatoes

- 1 slice of stale bread per person
