BBQ Ribs
Ingredients:
- 1kg pork ribs
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F). Season ribs with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Wrap ribs in foil and bake for 2 hours until tender.
- Remove from oven, brush with BBQ sauce, and grill for 10 minutes until caramelised.
- Serve with coleslaw or roasted vegetables.
