Recipe

BBQ Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 1kg pork ribs
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F). Season ribs with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Wrap ribs in foil and bake for 2 hours until tender.
  3. Remove from oven, brush with BBQ sauce, and grill for 10 minutes until caramelised.
  4. Serve with coleslaw or roasted vegetables.
