Lemon Herb Baked Snapper
Ingredients:
- 2 whole snapper, cleaned and scaled
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with foil.
- Place snapper on the tray. Rub with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the cavity of each fish with lemon slices and parsley.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
