Recipe

Lemon Herb Baked Snapper

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole snapper, cleaned and scaled
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with foil.
  2. Place snapper on the tray. Rub with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff the cavity of each fish with lemon slices and parsley.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
