Ingredients:

  • 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, toss prawns with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a grill pan over medium heat and cook prawns for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque.
  3. In a separate pan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add lemon juice and parsley.
  4. Drizzle lemon butter sauce over grilled prawns and serve warm.
