Gundog Estate Rosé 2025

Gundog Estate Rosé is a dry New South Wales rosé from a producer working across the Hunter Valley and Canberra District.

Matt Burton's range is built on fresh, precise wines, and a pink wine fits right in. Red grapes spend only a short time on their skins to pick up a pale colour, then the juice is fermented cool, without oak, to keep it crisp and dry. It's meant to be drunk young, while the freshness is at its best.

Crisp and dry, with delicate red fruit. Chill it well, to 7–9°C, and pour with prawns, salads, charcuterie or grilled chicken while it's young.
